Sigrid Thorbjørnsens is a self-taught photographer. Her background in lithography and intaglio has led her to photography as her form of art.
Sigrid Thorbjørnsen was born in Tokyo (Chiba)/Japan, grew up in Kristiansand/Norway, has her home base in Oslo/Norway and spend a lot of time in the city that doesn't sleep, New York, New York/USA.
She has exhibited her photograpy in the cities of Kristiansand, Stavanger and Oslo in Norway. In the United States of America, her photos has been shown in New York City and Jersey City, and in Japan, Shinjuku, Tokyo.
